If LL Bean guarantees 100% satisfaction, why don't you return it? |

you know he very well could.
LL Bean has the greatest return policy in the world. I returned a scratched 20+ year old watch(my father's) and got a brand new watch of a similar model in return.
I could have gotten store credit instead, if I had wanted.
Thrift stores in ME(LL Bean headquarters) have taken to obliterating the tags of donated goodwill items with sharpie so that people wont just buy up the cheap goodwill items and return them to the store.
No joking when they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
They'd even take back that butt-ugly fleece the OP is selling, but I bet it's just not worth the hassle.
EDIT:
Sorry to be a bit of a jerk about that. Besides the color scheme, I think it's a great deal.
I am also wondering how exactly a reversible fleece can be bonded to an inner layer. Honestly just curious how that works, cause it seems like the inner layer would automatically become the outer layer as soon as you reversed it. |

No offense, funny actually.
About the reversible thing, think of it as a jam sandwich. The bread is the fleece and the jam is the inner layer.
I checked the LL Bean website and they don't make them now. It would probably be too expensive to do.
And the color, to each his own, I have received a compliment or two while wearing it.
Yes, you can return LL Bean, and REI goods without a receipt.
Why don't I return it? I am 100% satisfied with it.
Here in Korea, they make awesome outdoor clothes,
and I have more recently bought a Fjall Raven fleece, and a North Face fleece when I found end of season bargains.
Now that my kid is doing orthodontic treatment, I'm doing a bit of fundraising to help pay for the startup cost of braces.
So its for a good cause, somebody buy it please. I originally posted it at 50,000 and lowered it to 45,000.
The x-rays and diagnosis cost 200,000
Installing the hardware cost 1,000,000
Maintenance 200,000/month x 2 years |
