Running Win7 Ultimate in English. Korean language is installed and the keyboard works, etc. Most things work fine, and my browser will display most Korean fonts as well.

However, some items, specifically start menu shortcuts (but in some other areas as well) such as Nate-On just display gibberish. Nate-on's looks like this: ����Ʈ��

I've been trying to figure out the problem, but have come up empty. Any solutions?

seems like you gotta change the language for non-unicode programs to korean
control panel -> region & language -> administrative tab -> change system locale

change it to korean

restart after that
