Stockings I always stumble across in Homeplus and such.

The post office has nice cards. Not too cheap but great souvenirs for sending home. The stationary store near me has cards now. Find all the other cards and they'll be with them. Homeplus and Emart have card displays that you can't miss. They're actual displays in plain sight but I haven't seen these out yet.

Bandi & Luni's bookshop have a massive selection of Christmas cards at their Coex branch.

The bus terminal underground has a lot of Christmas decoration, if you want beautiful ones the Hilton hotel is the best.

Try E-mart.
I saw all kinds of ornaments and decorations there last night.
Didn't really look closely, so I'm not sure if they had stockings though.
