So I transfered AND renwed my E-2 with a different employer in late August, 2010 and I'm pretty sure the University would have verified with the KCUE...however I was not asked to submit a new apostilled diploma or FBI background check, but my VISA was still good.
I assume they used an immigration copy of my degree becuase they didn't need a copy of my degree to apply for the renewal/transfer.
Infact, the documents required of me were very little....My employer is gonna transfer me to a different company so I need to transfer the VISA again(long store). |

Yeah, but I'm curious if they're gonna ask for apostilled degree and state background check...again!
Also, My current e-2 visa my get canceled and I get a new one from another company |
