				| Are you looking at a budget place or more than that? Some good deals on hotels at aisarooms if its a big hotel you're looking for- its worth it for peace of mind in Manila I think- stayed at a budget place (http://asiabill.pages.qpg.com/id2.html) in Manila the last time and it was a s**hole- filthy! I aways stayed at hotels around the Greenhills shopping area as thats all I ever really did in Manila was go buy cheap clothes, shoes and souvenirs- hotels are reasonable if ya look for the right deal! | |

What is good about this place? Is it clean and the hot water reliable?

				| Citystate Hotel is the best choice for mid-range options. | |

				| City Garden, Makati. It's in a bit of a seedy area, but is close to shopping, clean, quiet, and around 60,000/night. | |

I ended up staying here and it was very good and clean. Seems it was renovated not to long ago and the prices were on target.
