If you just tell the taxi driver Masan immingok, you should have no troubles.
Sorry, but I forget the name of the dong it's in.
It's right down by the water along Mason harbor in a bit of an industrial area. The taxi will drop you off out the front (on the street) and you'll have to walk in the entrance about 20 to 25 meters and on your right you'll see a building which is Masan immigration.
There's a tennis or badminton court right in front of the building.
