Here are a couple things I found:
Total Bench Rack for 185,000. On the right hand side you'll see related items that will be more expensive - but maybe what you're looking for.
CNS Pull-up / Dip Bar for 125,000. You can also find some related items below the pictures, including the above product for a bit more money.
I'm not sure where you can find these for cheaper (or used); if it's too much then there are some doorway ones that you screw into the door frame (not the ones that free-hang). They also make some cheap home gyms with a pull-down bar that'll lock in place; they'll cost between 200-300 though.
