I have a Korean XBOX360 and a Korean copy of Read Dead Redemption. But, I have a US XBOX LIVE account. Has anyone downloaded the DLC in a similar situation yet? Work? Game looks schweeeeet. |

No one's bought it yet? It's been out for like 12 hours already!! I'm probably gonna take the plunge this evening after the kids go to bed... |

Have you downloaded any other things for RDR? I find that if the free downloads work, the pay-to-play ones will as well. I'd say do a test run with a free download, and if everything's good, buy the pack. |

Bateman - that's a good call. The free download that came out near launch worked for me. So it makes sense that the other DLC will work.
Jedidave - Your copy of the game is an ASIAN version, yes? I imagine the region coding is by game region rather than by console region, so if it works for you it'll probably work for me. If you are online at the same time as me tonight I'll probably ask you first... 10 bucks is dear this time of year! |

Yes, I have the Asian region free copy (ordered from Hong Kong) I bought the DLC, downloaded it and it played just fine, so I think you'll be good

Double confirmation: US DLC works fine on an Asian version of the game and and on a Korean XBOX. Played through a blinding headache last night to see the first few vignettes. Game is as good as ever. Zombie Cougar for the win! |

I downloaded it last night but haven't played it yet. I'm excited to see it later today. On a side note, how long did it take you to dl? It took me forever and I kept getting booted offline. Actually, my internet has been fairly slow the past week or so. |

Just getting back into RDR, is the Zombie pack worth picking up? Any insights greatly appreciated. |

It's definitely fun. Played some multiplayer "overun" mode with my bros and it was silly good times. Gameplay is derivative of the BEST FPS to come out in the past few years. The story so far (~2 hours) is great. funny, sick, pretty much EVERYONE dies. Good times for 10,000 wonners? Easy recommendation. |
