Unfortunately I have to leave Korea suddenly and that means finding someone to take over my housing contract.

The housing contract runs until July 25, 2011, is a 10,000,000w deposit and 600,000w a month for a good sized private house (see pics) seven minutes walking distance from Guro Digital Complex Station (Subway Line 2). This is a transportation hub for the southwestern part of Seoul, and as such has great access to buses all over Seoul and down into Southern Kyeonggi province.

Not only is this house convenient, but it is a great deal. You have two good sized bedrooms, a large living room (the sofa in the pics is 310cm for reference), a separate kitchen, an outdoor terrace and a rooftop. It is on the second floor with an outdoor staircase leading up to the terrace. There also are several mature trees in the garden which give this house a much nicer feel than many other places in Seoul.

I need to leave Korea ASAP, so please contact me soon. . Since I need to leave suddenly, I have the opportunity to offer the apartment furnished for a small additional fee. All furniture is BRAND new, as I bought it only three months (or less) ago to fill up the new house. See pics for an idea of what kind of furniture is available. Conversely, if furniture is unneeded, I can get rid of it separately.

As for the small additional fee...well, it depends on how much stuff you would want. Here is an incomplete list of what I have:

Living Room:
50" LG PDP TV (1 month old, OUCH!)
310cm L shaped leather sofa
Super fancy entertainment center and coffee table

Kitchen:
760 liter LG Dios fridge with home bar and LCD screen on front
Samsung Microwave
Microwave stand (bought used)
2 person kitchen table

Big Bedroom:
Computer desk
Queen sized bed with latex mattress and matching nightstand
Two piece wardrobe
5 drawer dresser (matches wardrobe)

Small Bedroom:
1 piece wardrobe (bought used)
Small computer desk
Queen sized mattress (bought used) (no frame)

Bathroom:
Samsung Diamond Drum 13kg top loading washing machine

Also available are several paintings (Kandinsky and Matisse prints as well as some original oils of an unknown origin), a Korean Xbox 360 and a bunch of games, home theater pc, etc etc...

All the above items were bought at the end of July or beginning of August unless otherwise noted. So, if you are interested in the place and want some furniture, we can come to an agreement.
