| I'm planning on hiring a car with a friend this weekend and heading to Chungcheonbukdo (though we could go to a different province). We're looking for a town to go to with some bars for Saturday night (they don't have to be foreigner bars), and some nice scenery nearby for the day time. Can anyone recommend a nice city in the mountains, that's not completely dead and bereft of young people on the weekend? |

No one?? I'm currently thinking Chungju. Getting a motel in the town then driving around during the day. Thoughts? |
