There is probably loads of stuff posted about this, but if there is i can't find it!
Was just wondering the best way to go about meeting fellow foreigners? i don't think there are many at my school and i won't be living in the most popular area of Busan, I'm in the south east part of it. Any websites or suggestions would be great? Thanks! |

Where in Busan will you be? Haeundae is in Southeast Busan and there are a lot of foreigners there. |

Ahh sorry i'll be in the south west, not south east! I think it's in saha-gu, someone said that's the industrial part or something . Do you have anything information about there? |

Don't worry too much about it! I personally know at least 10 foreigners who live there and there are plenty more. Many more than my area, Yeung-do.
You could try Busan Meet-up or just go to events. There are calendars on Koreabridge and Busan Haps online that have foreigner events in the city. Just show up and have a good time. |

I moved to that general area last week (Hadan). It ain't that bad. Takes about 35 minutes to get to central Busan by subway, and just over an hour for Haeundae. I haven't seen many foreigners out here yet but I only just got here. There are loads of good restaurants and I've seen a few decent looking bars. I don't know much more aside from that. |

I stay in Hadan too, there are quite a few foreigners around you'll notice.
Being in Saha-gu ain't that bad really, fairly close to Nampo-Dong, which is nicer than Seomyeon. Meeting foreigners in Busan won't be much of a problem, just head out to Kyungsung some evening. |
