That's who I used for my first job here (where I am now). I found them to be very friendly and easy to work with. They found me a job that met all my requirements quickly. Every time I had questions they would reply much quicker than I anticipated, and usually with a phone call instead of e-mail.

If I need to go through a recruiter again, it will be through them again.

I had a friend use them. When he wanted to quit the hakwon they found him (because the school wasn't paying pension or medical insurance and heaping extra hours on him outside of the contract), they called him up and threatened him (People Recruit, not the school).

"You'll never work in Korea again! We'll sue you!" were actual threats. I know this for a fact because I was there during this altercation.

We were able to put both the hakwon and PR in check by stating we would go to the pension office and labor board. He found a better hakwon in Seoul and finished out his time much more enjoyably then he started.

And that is mine.

Yep they're all smiles, giggles and bows...until there's a problem.
