Does anyone know if any of the foreigner stores in Seoul stock valerian root or other natural sleep aids?

I've heard mixed things about valerian root, but I've been taking melatonin for over a year and would strongly recommend that because supposedly it's actually really good for you aside from helping you sleep. Do your research. I haven't seen it anywhere in Korea though Sad

I usually alternate between the two because otherwise my body develops a tolerance. I have mostly read about melatonin being pretty innocuous but last week i came across an article that points out some problems with it. http://www.talkaboutsleep.com/circadian-rhythm-disorders/circadian-rhythm-sleep-disorders/10-how-to-use-melatonin-correctly.htm
I have also heard of these accupressure wrist bands being effective. The NIH did a recent study and it was positive.
