After much searching, I found the thread.

1. Garu (가루)
Located near Dosan Park in Apgujeong-dong, this store specialises in chocolates that remind you a bit of France. The reason for that's probably because it imports all of its ingredients directly from France. As the chocolates here give more of a chocolatey taste rather than the sugary **** we eat everyday, even those without a sweet tooth (or in my case, three) can enjoy the sweets sold here. And, not only do they taste good but they look good, too! (phone # 02-3444-0768)
2. Chocolatier D (쇼콜라 D)
This store, located near the entrance to Rodeo Street in Apgujeong-dong, is a place where you can taste chocolates from all over the world. The chocolates are made in a privately owned workshop so they're always fresh! They are a bit on the pricey side because this store uses only the best ingredients available in the market. On Valentine's Day, they even put a picture of your significant other on the chocolates which are always high in demand. (phone # 02-3444-7224)
3. Il Cacao (일 카카오)
Il Cacao is a place where you can taste the best of the best of Italian chocolates. Located in a small street in Yeoksam-dong, most of the chocolates are made entirely by hand. Most customers buy their chocolates to go, but on the second floor are three small tables to enjoy your chocolates and a cuppa' with your friends or lovers. (phone # 02-555-8362)
4. Dear Chocolate (디어 초콜릿)
You'll think you'll have walked into a gallery when you walk into Dear Chocolate. The chocolates and cakes displayed here are made from specialists in Paju of Gyunggi-do (north of Seoul). There are 25 types of "bong-bong" chocolates and 8 different kinds of chocolatey drinks according to how much cacao is in your drink. The most popular of these is the Earl Grey Chocolate with dried Black Tea leaves (말린 홍차 잎이 묻어있는 얼그레이 초콜릿)! (phone # 02-3446-7251)
5. Bon Nuvel (본 누벨)
Bon Nuvel of Apgujeong-dong means 'To give good news' in French. You'll see a lot of chocolates that look more like pieces of art here. A particular favourite is the chocolate doll - you'll immediately think of a character from a fairy tale when you see it. Cakes are also a renowned favourite of the shop. (phone # 02-512-7337)
6. Ritz Deli (리츠 델리)
This shop, located in the Ritz Carlton Hotel, is famous for its chocolates made by none other than the head chef of the Ritz Carlton Hotel him/her-self. The chocolates are favourite gift items any day of the year (not just Valentine's!) because of its top-quality wrapping. This Valentine's, they'll be importing ingredients from 'Valrhona'; a world-famous and the most posh chocolate brand out there. Don't miss out! (phone # 02-3451-8278)
7. Neuhaus (노이하우스)
Neuhaus is a store located near Oo-ri-dle Hospital (우리들 병원) in Chungdam-dong and is one of the top 3 brand chocolate names out there. It is of Belgian origin and was the first chocolate brand in the world to have mixed nuts such as walnuts and almonds in chocolates. What makes Neuhaus so special is the "ballotin" box, which not only keeps the taste fresh but helps them keep their original shape, as well. (phone # 02-548-0761)
