What is the mystery lunch meat sold in stores here that is labeled "chicken ham?" Is it exactly what I think it is? Chicken and ham pressed together and sold as "food?" Is it around the same quality as Spam - all the bits that are barely edible formed into some kind of mold? I was hoping to find some decent lunch meat at Homeplus but the closest I could find was this questionable product.

From what I have seen, a lot of Koreans think "ham" means sliced sandwich meat. I was in a Korean sandwich shop once and saw the choices on the menu. They had "ham", "chicken ham", "beef ham", etc. sandwiches on the menu. When I got my sandwich (chicken ham), it was just sliced chicken.
