I'm heading down there soon for a three day weekend but I don't have an international license. I had no problem getting by without one in SE Asia but will it be possible in Korea's Hawaii?

Just looking to rent the standard pizza delivery type moped.

Thanks for any help.

You'll need your ARC and that's it.

What the last guy said is right. Watch out for the speed bumps. There are many and if you aren't paying attention they'll send you flying.

That depends on who you rent from. You might get a bit of a hassle and have to sign a waiver stating that if you get into an accident insurance doesn't cover you. But that's about it.
