I'm heading down there soon for a three day weekend but I don't have an international license. I had no problem getting by without one in SE Asia but will it be possible in Korea's Hawaii?
Just looking to rent the standard pizza delivery type moped.

| What the last guy said is right. Watch out for the speed bumps. There are many and if you aren't paying attention they'll send you flying. |

| That depends on who you rent from. You might get a bit of a hassle and have to sign a waiver stating that if you get into an accident insurance doesn't cover you. But that's about it. |
