I've read that the winters are more mild in Busan than in the rest of SK. How much more mild are they? Like top three cities that I'm hoping to get placed in for EPIK are Busan, Daegu and Incheon so I guess a good example for me is how is Busan different from the other two? |

I've lived in both Seoul and Busan, and the difference is not huge. It is a few degrees warmer on average in Busan, but this still means that the temperature hovers around freezing for most of the winter in both cities. It snows a few times nearly every winter in Seoul. It only snows every third or fourth winter in Busan, but that sea breeze that's so pleasant in the summer isn't so nice when it's cold out.
Korea has four seasons, and Busan is no exception. |

March this year, we had half an inch of snow and very many of the schools closed. Busanites aren't used to snow. |

Thanks for the input. I'm not fond of the cold but the snow is much worse. |
