How old is the monitor?
At present, the Samsung 2494LW 24" Widescreen LCD Display is going for $185 in the US (buy.com).
Your Amazon link has HP at higher prices -- the 23" is currently going for $171 and the 25" for $274 on Amazon. Averaging these two, around $220 new for a 24" -- giving the usual 33%-50% reduction for used equipment (33% if still under warranty), I arrive at a fair price of between $110 and $150 -- or between 125,000 and 170,000 won.
Accordingly, if it is still in warranty, I will offer you 175,000 for the monitor (if less than a year old) and the book Guns, Germs and Steel (if in undamaged condition). If the monitor is more than a year old, I'll offer 150,000 for both.
I work near Gupabal on the #3 line and could pick both up on Monday morning. |

I love to see people's thought process while haggling.
You know, Buy.com doesnt even carry that item; instead, the store uses merchants to sell that item.and the cheapest merchant, the one you price-quote, doesnt include free s/h and is Sold Out. The next cheapest is Dell (US) at 230 shipped (domestically).
I can understand people trying to bargain for used electronics, but why compare prices to the US unless you include the freight cost.
Perhaps you can find a cheap 2494 on eBay for about $200 and get international shipping.
For the seller: I may be interested in the bike, do you have photos? |

Correct me if I am wrong, but this HP is a monitor -- not a high-definition TV. It has no TV tuner. |

Is the monitor still available? If so, I'm interested, even if it doesn't have a TV tuner...
Which Wondang do you live in as there is pretty much a Wondang area in most big cities...I work in Wondang in Incheon but can get into Seoul if it's not the right Wondang |
