If you are unwillingly or unknowingly teaching illegally like someone I know right now maybe you should show/email this video to your employer and let them know you'd rather not teach illegally -- light a fire under their A** and hopefully they'll start respecting Immigration law/GET YOU an E-2 Visa -- Alien Registration Card -- ASAP

Towards the end of the blog it appears the focus has been on investigating the employer but I would think the teachers won't go unpunished -- given that teachers are usually the focus while employers are hardly ever investigated/have their garbage searched.

In many cases the immigration visa process is convoluted and creates problems that take time to sort out.
In many cases, employers require foreign employees to start a job that needs to be started, and sort out the visa situation later.
I have experienced this myself, I have experienced it multiple times, and I have experienced it with the Korean government as employers.
I have also seen foreigners follow the program set by employers to do this, and the foreigner taking the hit when it is exposed. |

yep. i did this at a school, and after my first week i did a japan visa run. after teaching for six more months on my E2, immigration showed up at the school doing a random check and my boss mistakingly showed them i worked for a week before i got my E2. both the school and i got fined; my boss did cover my fine, but i am pretty sure i have a mark on my record because of it. |

I'm pretty sure the two black kids had their faces blurred out. Also, the shots of the foreign kids were from so far away you couldn't make out any distinct facial features. Nice try..... |

Well the video seems to be gone now but I sure didn't see any black kids, and the whities were no less distinct than the Koreans getting off the bus. Not 'trying' anything, simply pointing out what I noticed. |

The video is still there, I just watch it. There were two black girls walking, head to toe in pink (So cute, had to be sisters~! I miss my nieces. ) right after the three white kids playing. |

| The black kids had their faces blurred out. The white kids at a distance weren't blurred out, but then, neither were the Korean kids shown from behind. |
