Fantastic apartment for rent in Banpo, Seoul. The apt is a two minute walk from Hangang Park and is right near Express Bus Terminal, with subway lines 3, 7, 9 and multiple bus lines. The apartment is a 10-15 minute bus ride from Itaewon and two subway stops from Gangnam's Kyobo Tower. There are four rooms in the apartment but you would have only one other roommate, who is a graduate student, is hardly ever here, and is very courteous. The apartment is fully furnished and is huge! Full kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, oven, washer. The room I am moving out of has a built in closet and comes furnished as well.

650k won per month rent includes all utilities! The landlord would like 1.3 million won as a deposit but if you don't have that much, he will be willing to work out some sort of payment plan. Contract term is negotiable, from 3 months up to a year.
