Hello!

I am looking for a pottery class somewhere in the vicinity of Gimhae-Changwon. I live in Jangyu, so I'm kind of between both of them. Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone has ever done it before, or if anyone knows where I could find a teacher?

Music lessons would also interest me. Has anyone ever taken any classes that aren't simply Korean language instruction? I'd like to know about your experience and more importantly, how did you find out about the class?

Hey,
I came across some interesting info. Gimhae is a pottery center. Lots of interesting stuff going on. You just missed the annual Ceramics festival. There's also a ceramics village in the works but it's not ready yet.

There's also a museum. It's called ClayArch arch for architecture).

So...while this may not help you, maybe it will help narrow your search a bit?

Also, not related. Check out this guy's video. He's obviously a special case because not everyone would get to work with this type of pot. It's a lot of clay.

@Dalem
There is a pottery village about 1 hr from Seoul in Gyeonggi. It's called Icheon. (Not Incheon.)

I totally went to the festival but found no info on classes. I know that Gimhae is a big-deal pottery centre, but still can't find any info. :/
