| So i picked up one of those 50 cent Japanese heating packs at Family Mart (the kind that you stick on your body/inside of clothes) and I can't figure out how to activate the thing. Do I stick it in the microwave, or is it chemically activated? |

Some you have break something inside........
.........those things must be horrible for the environment. All that plastic and chemicals to just be used once-only for 45 minutes then thrown away. |
