Hey guys, I'm trying to cook more Korean food while I'm here, and I LOVE the samgae juk you can get at the "slow food" porridge chain. Does anyone have a recipe or a version that they make that is similar they can share?

All the versions I'm finding on the "internets" omit the ginseng and all the other stuff that make it so tasty.

They do! I really like that site, but their recipe still omits the ginseng and some of the other stuff... it only has garlic and green onions. Anybody have any idea what might be in in? I've managed to identify carrots, ginseng, green onions..... and maybe dates or water chestnuts???
