OP, no matter what sweet, once you eat too much, its fat and bad.
when you look for the sugar substitute, most likely you need it to sweeten your coffee or tea or other drinks.
one tea spoon of sugar contains ~30Kcal
one can of coke contains 155Kcal, similarly as other sweetened drinks.
my advice: drink one or two cans of sweetened drinks less each week, and enjoy the sugar as you wish.. |

Stevia.
It taste good, and it does not break up in cooking. It cost 3,000 won a bag and lasts for a long time.
Have some one look it up on the internet and print out the picture. It is pronounced s-tuh-e-bee-ah. |

I really like Splendid. Been using it for years now. Costco has it in Korea. Also I'm a big fan of Coke Zero, although it uses a different blend of artificial sweetners. |

Costco is the only place I've ever seen it in Korea.
I remember one of my first shopping days in Korea going "Here's the coffee, there's the creamer, sugar is over there... where's the sweetener? Should be right here!". Got to make a Costco run for it. |

Sorry, but I just have to say this. Go right ahead if you like eating aspartame. Guess what that nasty stuff is? It is fecal matter of ecoli bacteria. They take ecoli bacteria in a lab, feed it toxic waste, and when i defecates, out comes aspartame...the lovely stuff found in fat free and diet things, and coke zero...yuck....that stuff doesn't even taste right....it's funny how people are so hooked on fat free this, diet that, but for many, they are still fat. You'd be better off eating the regular of anything and just don't eat so much. In fact, eating less is better these days, with all the garbage and chemicals in your food, courtesy of big brother, eugenics loving, NWO freaks. |

I just bought some organic pasta sauce with organic agave nectar in it...so good...that and my homemade sauce is better than that other stuff. Trust me...there is a taste difference between organic things and chemical crud. For those that disagree, guess they don't know how good, real food tastes. Being raised on homegrown veggies/fruits and well water, I can tell the difference. That's one good thing about being raised in a small country town. I don't see how people can stand to eat at McDs...that stuff isn't real food...go research the 4 year old cheeseburger...yuck...that isn't food. |

I believe what she is saying is, don' eat too much of anything, whether it be fat free or not. And real sugar is better than aspartame, but yes, don't even eat too much sugar either...sugar makes your IQ go down. |

Local versions are:
CJ '백설 화인스위트(BekSul Fine Sweet)'
Daesang '그린스위트(Green Sweet)'
or you can get imported Sweet'n Low from online marketplaces such as G Market. |
