|
|
Hello,
As the subject suggests I will be moving up to Seoul shortly from Busan.
This 'discussion' comes in two parts
1) I will be moving with my girlfriend we were hoping to get some advice on moving costs or good removal company to use
My position is based in Jongno and my girlfriend's is near Gangnam.
2) We would like to live together but we are unsure where to live we are open to recommendations.
Rent and nearby amenities (supermarket, nice western restaurants, cinema) are priority.
Low crime rate and location are secondary.
Thank you for your time.

If you live near Noryangjin (in the center of Seoul), it is on both subway line 1, which goes to Jongno and subway line 9 which has an express train to Gangnam.
It is also across the river from Yongsan, where the American army base is, so there are plenty of western restaurants nearby.
Lots of supermarkets and the best bibimbap I have ever eaten. |

Yes thanks for the info. It sounds like a great place with the restaurants etc and the Bibimbap sounds good.
We would prefer to keep our distance from the army base though and looking at the map somewhere on the orange line between Jongno3-ga and SNU of Education.
Do you have any info on those at all?
Thank you |
