				| I was down by the Banpo bridge last weekend and saw that the "floating" convention halls that were supposed to be used for the G20 weren't even close to being finished. 
 Did they wrap those up in time and actually use them?  Or was that just a monumental waste of time and money?

				| It's one of Mayor Oh's pet projects - just like the bridge fountain - not central government's. Hence it was the mayor who had hoped to push it for G20 venue, while the project itself started regardless of the summit.

				| I see.  I was under the impression that those were being constructed at least initially for the G20.  I drove past again today and it looks like they might be able to finish them by year's end. |  |

				| Seoul Met Gov distributed press release today, saying construction work will be finished by April 2011. Still, who knows? |  |
