Hey i'm having some vitamins and immune booster supplements being sent from an American company over here to me. I'm wondering has anyone had these things sent to you, and have they confiscated anything? It's about 4 bottles of pills (vitamin C + D + Immune booster * Grapefruit extract) nothing too crazy. Just don't want to waste my money if in all likelihood korean customs will turn around this package.
thanks guys |

Not usually a problem if they are direct from the manufacturer, in original sealed packaging and there is nothing the "drug dog" will pick up on.
If you spend more than $150 *including shipping (single shipment) you WILL get hit with import taxes and customs fees.

For what its worth a friend just brought about 1000 pills of some stuff for my girlfriend through customs in his luggage no problems.
I'm posting behind the boss though so anything after is superfluous really! |

I'm planning on bringing year's worth of Vitamin supplements myself. (The total cost will be easily over $150... if I were to bring it through my luggage in Korea, would I be fined or taxed then? |

Bringing with you = no. Same caveat; sealed, original package and nothing a drug dog will react to.
Shipping in = yes, you would get hit with duty and tax.
