Hey, does anyone have the phone number for Cebu air that I can call from Korea? I double booked my ticket. Got an error message so figured it hadn't gone through and then booked again. Aiesh!

check their website. you can call them on skype. i called their manila number once and they fixed a problem. i think their number only works during business hours otherwise it says something like it is a nonworking phone number.

try the numbers on their website via skype during business hours.

i had to get a credit from them one time and it took at least 45 days and probably closer to 60. i had to call them multiple times.

It is my understanding the Cebu Air will not deal with you directly. You must go through a travel agent. In any other country you can book flights directly through Cebu Air but Korea is the exception. I believe it is a deal they have with several Korean tour groups. I seem to recall calling them before only to have them tell me that they would not sell me a ticket.
