I passed an interview with EPIK, and sent my documents to Korea - they arrived about a week ago. My recruitment agency said that it would be early January at the latest that I would receive a contract back from EPIK. This seems so long to me. Is this correct, and the same for other people?
thanks! |

I was hoping early December is when we would get word of the contracts.
I need to give my job a 30 day notice. So it would be nice to get something in Early December.
But they probably have to assess what teachers should go where, and stuff with the budget. So who knows?? |

Was curious about this as well. Looking at the past two intakes, it seems it wouldn't be until January that anyone will receive their NOA or contract. |

NOAs have a 90 day expiry (as do visa confirmation numbers) so they MUST be issued within 90 days of your expected visa application (from the consulate).
If you are expected in Korea in mid February for your orientation you can expect the NOA about 4-6 weeks prior to that.
