I'm about 3/4 finished with "Korea's Fight for Freedom" by F. A. Mckenzie.
What a fantastic book about Korea. It was written in 1920, one year after Korea's Independence movement against the Japanese rulers of the day. The author was in Korea at the time and was pro-Japanese at the beginning. It's a fascinating read.
If you've got a Kindle, get it...it's free!!
Have any of you Kindle owners found something fantastic for free? I'm always on the lookout for good free books! |

Link please to the book.
Any book written before 1923 is free as the copyright has expired.
I really enjoyed 'Around the World in 80 days' by Joules Vern. |
