I've heard some chatter about the easing of restrictions on the E2 visa. There was an article in the paper, but I just managed to read the headline, I've searched a bit on Dave's, but using "visa regulations" or similar as a search term isn't very effective.

Does anyone know anything, or can you point me to the discussion here? (I'm surprised it isn't on the first couple of pages, especially since the news is pretty fresh?)
