I was so excited when I got a Gmarket Id and password
I could actually log on and shop in English too.

The only problem was it won't allow me to enter my address for shipping.
I tried about 100 times and every time I hit confirm the form goes blank again.

Can anyone help? I sent them an email in English not sure they're be able to help. My Korean friends aren't helping much either. They just say its weird and don't want to be bothered with such petty things.

Try it in Internet Explorer. Same thing happened to me but the registration went smoothly once I switched browsers. Gmarket in general isn't compatible with Firefox or Chrome.

I might be confusing it with another site, but I seem to remember there being a registration button where you type in your postal code and search, and it finds your address for you. Have you tried that?

You'd be better off sticking to Internet Explorer for any Korean website with which some form of online payment is involved. It kinda sucks if your browser goes blank in the middle of credit card authorisation.

Thanks for the advice. I used explorer and was able to make a purchase, but I still couldn't update my personal info so I can just one click my shipping address for the future, but at least I'll be getting a much needed dresser soon.

take care,
