I've looked for this high and low, both in Korea, Canada and online. No ones seems to stock it. I presume they were made before the 2nd generation came out which has built in mic. Only solution seems to be to upgrade to 2/3/4G. |

Hmmm I am pretty sure the 2g itouch's don't have a mic in them. If they do mine didn't come with one....
Again what is the quality of this mic when recording audio? |

hi,
i used it with skype several times.. the quality is very high.. i never had any audio problems.. it's much better than using the apple headset with built-in mic, cause the mini mic hangs off a keychain and quickly plugs-in, hassle free
i haven't done any pro recording with it, but keep in mind the mic is situated near your mouth for maximum audio |
