hi all,
if any of the forum experts could please advise...
how do i get upstairs to the departure floor from the arrivals floor of the international terminal?
is there an elevator inside the departure building floor...or do i need to cross the road and go to where the ramp is...and maybe is there an elevator or stairs at the ramp?
thanks for any answers

escalator or you can walk on by that and take the elevator. It's a small building, you can't get lost.
EDIT: I figured you were flying with cebu pacific due to them being cheap.

Which international terminal (there are 3)
Naia 1 (most established airlines)
Naia 2 (PAL International and domestic (different wings of the same building))
Naia 3 (Cebu Pacific (international and domestic, zest (international and domestic) and more moving there as their leases expire at Naia 1).
Naia 3 has elevators and escalators
Naia 2 you have to go outside and use the stairs.
Naia 1 go outside - no access from inside.
