You can legally teach at a hogwan and a public school at the same time. Or a private school or private institute(don't ask me what that means). You just can't teach at two hogwan! As for privates there always iffy! This info was given at some seminar I had to attend by the Korean gov. Of course you need permission from your employer to teach at another school.

ps-the seminar was on Saturday morning maybe I miss heard this information while trying to catch some ZZZZZZZ
