Which "new" visa policy are you referring to?
1. CBC
2. easing of current E2 visa holders (they can wait till next year)
3. addition of 6 month transferring, making it easier to switch jobs
4. ???????????
It would help if you stated a specific requirement that would make the process more difficult. So far, it seems like the CBC is the big one.
However, there may be more. Please share if you know. |

Actually I'm talking about the CBC.
But something tells me you're not a recruiter. |

The FBI CBC process only makes it harder to recruit Americans or more accurately, more difficult for Americans to meet the requirements in a quick and timely manner.
It makes no difference for the rest of the new visa applicants.
