above and beyond your contract?
I've been at the same school for 4 years now. I am staying for one more. I have also been at the same salary for 2 years now. I was thinking of asking for a bit extra.
Did you get a raise from your school (not from EPIK as I am on the top tier)?
Did you get extra vacation?
Looking for any advice before I have my meeting asking me to re-sign.

This is my fifth year at the same school. All I get is more work. BUt with the more work I get more money. |
