I want to know where I can buy copper tubing or distilled water for making colloidal silver in Korea. I don't have enough posts to receive pms, so if someone wants to contact me privately, please send to [email protected].

Thank You!

Guro Tool Complex, Guro station, line 1 where the Incheon and Sinchang routes meet. They have EVERYTHING hardware related, i.e. tubing.

Sweet guys thanks for the great tips! I was always thinking there had to be some kind of a "Home Depot" out here instead of those dirty little hardware stores that don't carry anything... FYI Colloidal Silver ain't gonna turn ya blue!

FYI Yes, It can turn you blue.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argyria

"Historically, colloidal silver, a liquid suspension of microscopic silver particles, was also used as an internal medication to treat a variety of diseases. In the 1940s they were discontinued due to both the development of safe and effective modern antibiotics and concern about argyria and other side effects of silver products."

"Since the 1990s, "colloidal silver" has been marketed as an alternative medicine product, with unsubstantiated, and in some jurisdictions illegal, claims of effectiveness. Medical authorities advise against the use of such colloidal silver preparations, as does the published medical literature, because of their lack of proven effectiveness and the risk of side effects.

Colloidal silver preparations primarily deliver inactive metallic silver, rather than the active microbicidal silver ion. There is no scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of colloidal silver in vivo. Some in vitro studies demonstrate an anti-bacterial effect of colloidal silver, although one study in 2004 of a colloidal silver solution marketed on the Internet showed no such antimicrobial activity."

Used it plenty of times back home and never turned blue. I still swear it cured my Crohn's Disease. Something else potentially bad is going on now, so going to use it for that.

The Blue Guy is a creation of the media to scare people, plus it says that guy drank gallons of it a week and used salt when making it. For real, don't believe everything the media shows you, they are usually just trying to keep you in the dark.

Hey, it's your body, go nuts. But argyria is real. Check out the Libertarian candidate of Montana, Stan Jones. He's not as severe as the BlueGuy, but still, he is blue nonetheless.

I wouldnt worry what the media says. I would worry what the MAYO Clinic, the FDA, FTC and even the National Center for Complementary Medicine say.

Scientific Evidence
Reviews of the scientific literature on colloidal silver products have concluded that:
Silver has no known function in the body
Silver is not an essential mineral supplement or a cure-all and should not be promoted as such
Claims that there can be a "deficiency" of silver in the body and that such a deficiency can lead to disease are unfounded
Claims made about the effectiveness of colloidal silver products for numerous diseases are unsupported scientifically
Colloidal silver products can have serious side effects
Laboratory analysis has shown that the amounts of silver in supplements vary greatly, which can pose risks to the consumer.
Side Effects and Risks
Animal studies have shown that silver builds up in the tissues of the body. In humans, buildup of silver from colloidal silver can lead to a side effect called argyria, which causes a bluish-gray discoloration of the skin, other organs, deep tissues, nails, and gums. Argyria is permanent and cannot be treated or reversed. Other side effects from using colloidal silver products may include neurologic problems (such as seizures), kidney damage, stomach distress, headaches, fatigue, and skin irritation. Colloidal silver may interfere with the body's absorption of some drugs, such as penacillamine, quinolones, tetracyclines, and thyroxine.
