I came across one CNet Asia blog that recommended a VPN provider called "Freedur.com". But when I visit the Freedur site, I notice that it boasts to be endorsed by at least 12 well known media establishments with NONE of the well known logos actually being linked to any actual endorsements or anything else. They are just pretty little recognizable pictures with no support.
I went to several of the sites (CNN, NY Times, etc. and did local searches for "Freedur" and came up with nothing. The word "Freedur" does not appear to exist on any of those sites.
To me, this reeks of scam, but I'm hoping I am wrong. Can anyone direct me to some real evidence that this Freedur VPN service really is legitimate?
