First of all Sparkles: Discover where the "Shift" key is.
Second: I, personally, wouldn't trust your employer or anything they would have to say. It might be time to quit. Personal opinion.

Best of luck.

If you dont have your ARC, you have been illegal for the past six months. You screwed yourself.

You have two options:

1. Turn yourself into immi and hope for leniency.

2. Wait until you get paid and run - hoping that immi doesnt detain and fine you at the airport.

Yeah, no ARC? You are scewed and SOL now. They tell you that when you arrive in Korea that you have 90 days to get the ARC. You are told this when you arrive here. 9 months and no ARC? Better save up some cash for the fine when you leave Korea.

Go to immigration and get a replacement ARC. 10k won.
(or don't get a replacement and pay 100k won fine when you leave).

Leave at your convenience.
Return (with new documents) and find a new job.
Take your old boss to the labor board for unpaid wages if there are any.

Alternatively, go home at your convenience. You're gonna get screwed anyway.

Actually I been noticing this level of stupidity the last couple of years.

Come on people try to be a little independent, plus learn more about life here.

Well OP. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst. If she is farming you out to another school - get the school to pay you. Next get your paperwork ready - CRC, Degrees, etc. Scrape some money together because likely in the end the schools is going to screw with you.
