I have no idea how to ask for this at the pharmacy. Is there a specific brand I can ask for?

Korean pharmacists are pretty good at recognizing most common English ingredients, and hydrocortisone cream is definitely pretty common. If you don't have an old empty box or tube of it to show to them, then just write it out. Better yet, just print this out and show it:

In this case hydrocortisone is simply transliterated into Korean:

'하이드로코티손' or '히드로코티손' + '크림' for cream

They're not necessarily brand names here, but any pharmacist should recognize the ingredient easily.
