If anyone's been to Thailand recently, could you tell me if customs at Swampy are still opening bags like rabid dogs in the Green Line to find excess smokes? Are the 'disposal' bins in front of customs still chock-full of cartons that will get 'destroyed' (of course!!  ), or have they calmed down a bit since a couple of years ago?
And no, Thai smokes (the ones I prefer) aren't cheaper than Korean Duty Free, so I'd like to stock up for my 30 days there... |
