I got a PS3 here in Korea, and a nice selection of games (with only 3 titles having the non-English issue), but one issue is particularly vexing.
A number of games come with DLC codes that are Korea region specific. Is there any way to redeem these codes without making a Korean account (which apparently non citizens cannot do, even with an ARN?) I tried making a Hong Kong account and it doesn't work.
