SEOUL, South Korea North Korea's military threatened Sunday to fire at South Korea, as Seoul prepared to start annual joint drills with U.S. troops maneuvers Pyongyang says are a rehearsal for an invasion.
The North's military warned that it would shoot directly at South Korean border towns and destroy them if Seoul continued to allow activists to launch propaganda leaflets toward the communist country, Pyongyang's official Korean Central News Agency said. The warning was conveyed to South Korea's military earlier Sunday, it said. |

No offense, and I realize this is "news", but they've been spouting this stuff off-and-on for how many years?
Too bad North Korea isn't situated somewhere in the Middle East - then maybe we'd be getting somewhere.
("somewhere" being a step in almost any other direction than where the Kim crime family/NK military has been taking that place up until now) |

| I'm pulling for the folks over there, but something about the wierd psycho cult and the guns and torture combined with the peculiar perversion of Buddhism has proven to be surprisingly resilient. |

It's because North Korea doesn't allow their citizens to get any outside information. They don't know that they live in the worst country in the world (even worse than African nations, as their minds cannot even be free).
Sadly, I can't see the people overtaking the government by force. I wish they could, but I don't see how they could.
The only way it could happen is through the military, but the high up people in the military all have families, and their families would be in the firing line if a revolt was not a success. So not many in the military would take the risk.
Remember, in North Korea, if you do something bad, YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY gets executed or sent to a concentration camp.
Crazy. Horrible. Hellish. Welcome to the worst country / hell-hole in the world: North Korea. |

| How many years have they used the 'sea of fire' line for now? It's getting cheesy. |

"You don't frighten us, South Korean pig-dogs! Go and boil your bottoms, sons of a silly person! I blow my nose at you, so-called Lee President! You and your silly South Korean k--------nig-hts!"
"I don't wanna talk to you no more you empty-headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster, and your father smelt of elderberries!"
