Help!
One day before I am about to leave for Tokyo, my new employer has just informed me that my visa application has been refused on the grounds that my (perfectly bona fide) degree certificate complete with embossed stamp signifying it's the real McCoy has not been "apostilled"!
Please can anyone, fellow Brit, or any knowledgeable Samaritan please tell me how one goes about this process. I will be very grateful.
