What is it, and how do i get it?
Apparently i need it to buy a car. My passport, alien registration and cold hard cash not being enough Smile

Is it a pain in the rump? Or can i just pop to immigration and they'll stamp a few papers and send me on my way?

(this should probably be in general chat actually now i think about it Smile)

I think it might have to do with your gu office. Koreans are required to register their address with the office within 14 days of moving and can get into big trouble if they don't. However, I'm just guessing that that is what is being asked for...I would talk to your school about getting that.
