I've shared this apartment with friends and roomies for well over a year but I am getting married in a few months (need a smaller place), 1 roomie finished his contract and is going home, and the other is moving outside of Seoul.

Master bedroom is big, middle sized room is quite nice, small room is small.
Spacious living room, nice kitchen, and big bathroom with bathtub.

Deposit is 3 mil.
Monthly rent is 1 mil.
