Hello. Just wondering if someone can recommend a good police station to get my "in Korea" police check done. Hopefully one where they are used to dealing with foreigners. I'm renewing my contract this year.

I would like to recommend Seoul National University Hospital for the health check. It's 60,000 for the HIV and drug test only. 90,000 to add chest X-ray and other various tests.

I am wondering if in that scenario the documents given were an actual criminal records check. I don't want the stuff to send to Canada, just the actual Korean record check, as we don't need to get the North American record check until 2012.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood your question. Not sure about that one. Try your company's HR department. They should be in the know about that kind of thing. Probably the same spot I would think as it was quite a big station, but I can't be sure.
