Hi,

My old director is refusing to pay me my severance, it seems the only way I will be able to get it is to contact the labour board. Does anyone know any ways I can do this from abroad?

Thanks for any info.

You have to file your claim in Korea.

Then you can have a friend or agent act on your behalf after you have left to complete your claim.
