Thats pretty cheap I think. For a Korean to go and argue for a strange foreigner in front of other Koreans, thats incredibly inexpensive.

After having represented a hundred or so FTs at the labor board over the last decade for little more than the price of a coffee or lunch...

If it fills your need, then go for it. It really isn't required.

All you need is someone who can assist you with the translations (and you don't always need that - more and more offices have someone who can speak English).
